      EASO reserves the right to increase the estimated value of the framework contract, in accordance with Article 85 of the EASO Financial Regulation and Article 134(1)(f) of the RAP, by using a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice with the successful tenderer for new services or works consisting in the repetition of similar services or works entrusted to the economic operator awarded the initial contract by EASO.
